Alina Gerlovin Spaulding is a service-oriented property management and real estate professional whose remarkable journey—from Ukrainian immigrant to accomplished community leader—shapes everything she does for her clients at Doss & Spaulding Properties. Alina’s life, marked by resilience and gratitude, was transformed by the generosity of philanthropic communities that helped her family overcome adversity and build a new future in the United States.
Drawing on over 22 years of experience in strategic philanthropy, fundraising, and nonprofit leadership, Alina brings a unique perspective to property management and real estate—combining hands-on expertise with deep empathy and genuine care for every client. She holds degrees in psychology, Russian studies, and human resource development, and has led a diverse array of humanitarian efforts, including youth programs and international partnerships such as the Sister Cities connection between Greensboro, NC, and Beltsy, Moldova.
Alina is widely recognized for her inspirational public speaking, active board memberships—including service on the City of Greensboro zoning committee—and an unwavering commitment to giving back. Her role as a trusted advisor, educator, and advocate has empowered countless individuals and organizations to make a positive impact.

John is actively engaged in the Greensboro community and holds leadership positions on several boards, including leading roles with the Greensboro Landlord Association and Greensboro Badminton Club.
