If, after the first six months of management, you are not fully satisfied with our service, you may cancel your contract at any time with a 30-day notice—no termination fees, no hassle. We are committed to upholding the highest standards for both our clients and the properties we manage.
If a tenant we place is evicted within the first 12 months of their lease, we will waive your next leasing / placement fee.
If a tenant we place vacates the property before fulfilling their initial lease term, we will seek the leasing fee from the departing tenant - so you will not be responsible for any additional fee when we secure a replacement tenant.
We guarantee a response to all owner requests within 24 hours.
